If you decide you need design assistance please complete our Lifestyle Questionnaire via E-Mail.  This determines your style, needs, and wishes for your project.  If this resonates with you, call or e-mail us and we will set up a "Get Aquainted Call"  with the designer.  If you have a simple project such a reupholstering a chair or for Hunter Douglas shades call for assistance. You are always welcomed to peruse the showroom for fabrics at no charge.
  2. The "Get Aquainted Call" (15 to 20 minutes) is where we introduce the designer and company.  We will discuss if you are looking for:  a one-time consultation or a more long-term design solution: what we do on the project; service packages; and how fees are structured.  The budget will be addressed again.  If we seem to have common ground and you feel we are a good fit for each other, a date will be set for the first in-person consultation.
  3. The initial in-person site consultation will determine the scope of your project from the completed questionnaire.  We will have a design checklist to follow from which we draw up an engagement contract.  Consultation fees apply. ($120 per hour)
  4. If still a good fit, a date will be set up to present formal design proposal and engagement contract.
